I discovered Kelly's Blog a few months ago, and I just love her blog, and she has the cutest little baby girl. I appreciate how Kelly shares her faith on her blog, and she seems like a really sweet person.
Kelly is doing Show Us Your House Friday, and this week it is the kitchen. So I thought I would join in the fun. I am a few days late.....but oh well.....LOL
As I have mentioned before we are living in a small 2 bedroom apartment until the closing on our house. So I am going to post pictures of both my kitchen in the apartment, and the kitchen
on our new house. Enjoy!
I love country decor!
I love the window over the sink...I didn't have one in the house we lived in before.
This is the archway/hallway that leads into the bedrooms and bathroom off the kitchen.
I got this picture at XS Cargo, for 6 bucks!
The cupboards are in pretty rough shape, I was originally going to paint or stain them, but why go the the expense for such a short time.
This is the ity bitty entry way....you should see all 5 of us crowding to go somewhere Ha!
The kids coat rack...
This is the house we are buying, it is about 35 years old, and it is outdated. But there is a lot of character I think. We won't be gutting the kitchen for a few years yet, but I am going to do little things like new light fixtures, paint, and new flooring.
I want to have a cupboard and a counter top built in between the stove and fridge, so it will look more built in.
Eventually, I want to have a built in dishwasher
LOOK It's Santa....LOL I took these pictures over Christmas...LOL
The door on the far left down the little hall way is the door to the garage. That little hallway also has a door a 2nd full bath room and across from the bathroom is a 3rd bedroom.
Two kitchens in one post..sweet! Love them both. Thanks for sharing and nice to meet you~
